Mark Bicocchi is the Senior Manager of Global Mobility at Hilton, one of the world’s leading hospitality corporations, at its Corporate HQ in McLean, VA. He oversees the Domestic and International Relocation program, which houses more than 500 International assignees and transfers globally, and 450 Domestic moves annually, both on the Corporate and Hotel Operations sides of the business. Mark has 16 years of Global Mobility and relocation experience – prior to Hilton, Mark served as Regional Team Lead for the Global Mobility team at Lockheed Martin, in Rockville, MD, for 10 years. Prior to his shift toward Mobility and Expatriate administration with Lockheed Martin, Mark worked in the Risk Management department at Marriott International, Inc., in Bethesda, MD, for 5 years, where he started his career after college. Mark graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD in 1999 with a BA in International Business, and an MBA (also from Mount Saint Mary’s U) in 2008. He obtained the GMS-T certifiction in 2017 and remains an active member of the ERC forums, serving as President of the Greater Richmond Relocation Council (GRRC) Board of Directors in Virginia. Mark is fluent in Italian and Spanish, and has a passion for both hospitality and International HR.
