Gayle has fourteen years’ experience in domestic mobility at Ferguson Enterprises. In October 2021, she became responsible for Ferguson’s Global mobility program. Her Ferguson career began in July 1990 as a Purchasing Agent. The past thirty-one years have held multiple opportunities for Gayle, including twelve years in branch and corporate accounting and nineteen years in Human Resources, where Mobility currently resides.
She has served on the Greater Richmond Relocation Council board for several years in the past and has currently resumed the role of Planning Chair. She is also a member of the Worldwide ERC.
Gayle and her husband, Jeff have a daughter (and son-in-law), two sons and a grandson. They live in Yorktown, VA and own a marine towing and salvage company. Her hobbies include boating and reading. She is an active member, of Zion United Methodist Church.
